Job Overview

To provide an efficient, effective, and confidential administrative service to the Commissioning Team. To contribute to the secretarial/administrative support for the Health Board and to the efficient operation of the office systems. To operate within the Health Board policies and procedures.

Main Duties of the Job
  1. Undertake complex administrative duties related to the function of the Commissioning Team.
  2. Be responsible for chasing all pending cases and awaiting placement cases.
  3. Responsible for diary management for Commissioning.
  4. Manage an effective administrative system on behalf of the Commissioning Team.
  5. Arrange and service meetings, Quality Assurance Panels, and sub-committees/groups ensuring agenda and papers are distributed on time.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
