Administrator - (Advanced Excel Required) | Permanent Role | Wellingborough Based

Location: Wellingborough

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (39 hours per week, 1-hour lunch break)

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with advanced Excel skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of financial reporting? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team in Wellingborough, providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to the Managing Director and management team.

Your new role
  1. Manage complex diaries and schedules.
  2. Arrange travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
  3. Organise and schedule management meetings.
  4. Prepare detailed financial reports, including sales forecasts, profit and loss statements, and variance analysis.
  5. Develop and maintain cost sheets for new products.
  6. Receive and analyse reports from the sales team.
  7. Provide general administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks.
  8. Support retail shops with administrative duties.

  1. Essential: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex calculations, create financial models, and perform sensitivity analysis.
  2. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
