JOB TITLE: Administrator - Customer Services

LOCATION: Tolvaddon

SALARY: £13.48/Hr

DURATION: 3 months

The Role:

  1. Customer service role, raising repair orders for tenant properties
  2. Providing a first point of contact service for callers
  3. Offering an efficient, responsive and accountable administration service
  4. Working with customers and colleagues in a fast-changing environment
  5. Fulfilling data entry tasks

The Candidate:

  1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  2. Understanding of call centre environment
  3. Experience of office procedures
  4. Great communication and administration skills
  5. Ability to maintain accurate records of information

SUMMARY:

This is a full-time role, working a 37-hour week over 5 days, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.15pm. This is initially a 3-month position. A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced - Adult/Children level.
