To support the contract costing department in all areas of the administrative costing process with specific responsibility for the export, input and reconciliation of data using dnata cBase and airline specific systems
Support daily costings team functions by checking and cleansing data as instructed in cBase and costings areas.
Support the costings team at menu presentations with admin tasks and taking photographs if required.
Who you’ll deal with:
Internal: Operational Service Delivery team, Finance, IT, Master data team
External: Airline Customers via airline websites
What you’ll be doing:
You will download data from airline website / data base into recognised useable format as required (for example excel)
You will import / upload data into airline websites as provided by the Contract Costing QA Manager and/or Contract Lead, providing evidence of data entry accuracy and completion
You will import and export data as required using the dnata cBase system including selling prices and specifications
You will carry out reconciliation of data using downloaded information to confirm accuracy of input for billing and invoicing purposes
You will ensure internal menu loading grids meet airline requirements using airline website / data base
You will check boarding bills against loading grids and price lists ensuring all data has been captured accurately

What you’ll have:
Computer literate with good Excel and Word skills
Ability to adapt to different databases including in house systems
Ability to multitask, work within strict time frames and meet deadlines
High level of analytical and numerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy, must be methodical, and logical in their approach to work
Confidence to challenge data in pursuit of accuracy
Flexibility to adapt to varying hours of work as required by the business
