Administrative Services Coordinator:

About the Role:
MMWEC seeks a highly organized Administrative Services Coordinator to provide critical support across our organization. You'll be the backbone of our operations - coordinating board activities, maintaining vital customer communications, and ensuring seamless administrative processes. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of public power, technology, and executive support while making a tangible impact across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as right hand to Board members and C-suite - managing meetings, records, and special projects.
  • Own customer-facing communications - maintaining web portals, email lists, and public notices.
  • Bring ideas to life - develop polished PowerPoint presentations using MMWEC branding.
  • Streamline operations - assist with record management and document notarization.
  • Be our institutional knowledge hub - managing records across Engineering, Accounting, IT and more.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in executive/admin support (public sector a plus).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), PDF editing, and Teams/Zoom; Canva or similar graphic design programs a plus.
  • Web maintenance experience (uploading documents, updating directories, calendars).
  • Discretion with confidential information and notary public certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Superb organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
