Administrative Officer

Salary: £23,151.50 per annum (£13,890 per annum pro-rata)

Location: Templeton, Pembrokeshire

Contract/Hours: Permanent, Part-time - 21 hours per week

About the role

Based at our Ty Hydref service in Templeton, you'll be providing administrative support to our other services across West Wales who enrich the lives of the children and young people that we work with on a daily basis.

This will be a varied role in which you'll need to provide an effective, efficient administrative service which would suit an experienced Administrative professional who wants to make a difference to the lives of children and families across Wales.

  • Being effective, intuitive, flexible and able to work to deadlines.
  • Having a willingness to learn with strong attention to detail and adhere to best practices.
  • Providing excellent customer service and being a good communicator.
  • Having a sensitive approach to the work that we undertake.
  • Working as a team but with the ability to work on your own initiative.

Let's talk about you

  • Experience of a similar administrative role with excellent communication skills is essential.
  • Strong IT Skills and experience of using various IT systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • To be a confident communicator and able to converse with senior professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
  • The ability to take minutes at meetings.
  • Good prioritization and time management ensuring deadlines are met, whilst maintaining the ability to handle sensitive data.
  • To be proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
