Administrative Assistant (Warden's Office)

Part time, 15-20 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Administrative Assistant in the Warden's Office. This is an exciting new role within the College and a great opportunity for someone looking to support the operations of the College, working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Warden.

The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including supporting the Membership Committee, administration for Senior Memberships, the Junior Research Fellowship Competition, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the Warden's Office. The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a professional environment.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator with good attention to detail, proven experience in an administrative role, and excellent organisational skills. You will need excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to use databases, as well as being self-motivated and a good team player.
