Cross Country Workforce Solution Group is hiring an Admin Assistant-Bilingual English/Russian in Springfield, MA.

Administrative Assistant - Bilingual English/Russian
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/ hour dependent on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Full Benefits package
Sign on Bonus: $1000.00

Job Duties:

  1. Scheduling specialty appointments accurately
  2. Answering phones in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Responsible for organizing and maintaining the medical records ensuring the information is filed timely
  4. Ensuring the medical records are kept in a secure location and kept in alphabetical order
  5. Responding to requests for medical records
  6. Determining effective dates of insurance eligibility
  7. Responding to questions or tasks from doctors and nurses
  8. Calling patients regarding medical appointments
  9. Distributing mail to proper parties
  10. Chart preparation for patient appointments
  11. Making photocopies
  12. Rescheduling appointments when the Participant does not have a family member or worker who speaks English that can translate
