Job Description:

An excellent opportunity to join a leading global professional services firm at a time of growth. The role is Admin Assistant which will support key stakeholders and perform a broad range of admin duties. Previous admin experience is essential and legal experience or law degrees are not required for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Scheduling meetings and diary management using Outlook
  2. Making travel arrangements including transport and accommodation
  3. Maintain a filing system
  4. Keep the database up to date and accurate
  5. Support with events and conferences
  6. Process expenses and record financial information
  7. Arrange routine checks and the completion of regular forms
  8. Ordering stationery, business cards and resources

Salary is up to £25,000

The role offers hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 in office)
