Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: St Paul's
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £27,000

Role Overview: They are seeking an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis working 9:30-5:30pm. The ideal candidate will be good at working in a team and enthusiastic. They are open to little experience; this role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a top firm. (CILEX qualification is welcomed).


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regular Organisation and planning.
  2. Client relationship administration.
  3. Financial Administration.
  4. Matter Opening Administration.
  5. General administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong communications skills
  2. Organisation and time management skills.
  3. CILEX (Legal Secretary Diploma)
