Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work with our Facility and Administrative Manager.

Sonomatic E2i is the design, development and equipment delivery division of Sonomatic, a global inspection company. E2i specialise in delivering bespoke inspection equipment, software and robotics across the group.
Responsibilities Include Support With:
Funding claims
Fleet maintenance
Schedule training and update training matrix
Raising purchase orders for facility and E2i related tasks
Monitoring supplies of stationery, cleaning, PPE, and kitchen supplies
General enquiries and visitors
Prepare paperwork for outgoing and incoming equipment shipments within the UK and internationally
Organising equipment calibrations and inputting data to keep records up to date
General administrative duties
Facility maintenance support
Desirable Experience & Skills:
Proficient in the use of MS office packages
Procurement software
Familiar with administrative practices and procedures
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
