Job description

A private medical practice based near Sloane Square Station/Chelsea Bridge is seeking a Part-Time Administrator, paying £15,000 annually, to join their office operations team.

The position will be working on a part-time basis, 20 hours a week over 5 days. The hours each day will be 10-2pm based in the office.

The role will be supporting a full-time Administrator with all of the background administration that is involved in running the clinic. Duties would include:

  1. Answering the phone and speaking to patients
  2. Booking appointments and dealing with enquiries
  3. Filing and scanning patient paperwork
  4. Ordering blood work
  5. Dealing with referrals

The role will involve a high level of paperwork and paper files due to the nature of the business. There is a very organised and structured process in place that requires someone who enjoys following a process through from A to Z.

This role will suit someone who is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, and is very process-driven. A good balance of empathy and attention to detail is necessary as this is important to the smooth running of the practice with patients at the forefront. No medical experience is needed or required for the role; skills and personality are the most important attributes for the job!
