We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work within our administration team, in support of the laboratory services, to deliver high quality care to our patients.

The successful candidate will be part of the Admin Team, ensuring that results are communicated to our service users and supporting the administration processes to enable the full functioning of the laboratory.

Main duties of the job
  1. Supporting laboratory enquiries both in person and through our communication systems, such as telephone and Email.
  2. Data inputting of patient information/requests onto the laboratory computer.
  3. Telephone enquiry and results service.
  4. To assist in stock control and the ordering of laboratory consumables and supplies.
  5. Assisting in the general organising of records for the department inclusive of staff records and patient as relevant.
