Join a dynamic and growing educational consultancy based in Fulham. We are looking for a bright, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a small, dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

This role primarily supports the EA to the Director while also assisting the wider team. As the company continues to expand, there is potential for growth and increased responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior staff.
  • Manage lesson bookings, approve reports, and maintain schedules.
  • Liaise with parents, teachers, and educational institutions.
  • Organise calendars, track school applications, and update key records.
  • Assist with onboarding new teachers and monitoring student progress.
  • Handle emails and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Occasionally attend meetings and provide summaries.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Must be ok with a small dog in the office!
  • The role will beoffice based to begin with, then hybrid WFHas agreed with Founder.
