Salary: £30k


Hours: 9-5:30 (full time office role)

Iconic and historical food themed tourist hot spot based in London Bridge is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join their team.


Due to changes within this exciting and fun organisation, they are looking for an experienced Administrator to support a new team with a variety of admin tasks.



About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations. You will assist key team members with various tasks, project coordination, and communication with stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sustainability and food standards, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Provide daily administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling general inquiries.
  2. Organise and maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to trader development, food standards, and sustainability initiatives.
  3. Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and meeting materials to support various projects.
  4. Take notes at meetings and follow up on action points as necessary.
  5. Serve as a key point of contact for traders and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  6. Coordinate trader processes, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  7. Assist in planning and executing development activities, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

What We're Looking For:


  1. A highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  2. Familiarity with administrative processes and a general understanding of business requirements.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  4. Somebody tech-savvy with previous experience using SharePoint.
  5. An interest in sustainability or the food sector would be a bonus!
  6. Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  7. A professional and friendly demeanour with strong relationship-building skills.
