R&A Group LTD is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Hamilton, Lanarkshire.
This is a full-time role with a variety of responsibilities, providing a great opportunity to contribute to our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales orders
Managing the company fleet
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and employees
Maintaining and updating business system records
Overseeing work completion with engineers to meet client targets
Candidate Requirements:
Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Sage
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills
IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
A collaborative team player able to work with colleagues at all levels
