As an Administrative Assistant in the Charter Sales department, you will be the first point of contact for rental and charter clients from around the world. This role is primarily responsible for completing bookings, quotes, and required administrative processes throughout the sales cycle. This role works closely with both our dispatch and operations departments and is an integral part of the Wilson’s team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and confirm appointments
  2. Manage contracts
  3. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  4. Answer electronic enquiries
  5. Compile data, statistics, and other information
  6. Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  7. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  8. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  9. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  10. Perform data entry
  11. Provide customer service
  12. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Experience and specialization:
Computer and technology knowledge including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Electronic mail.

Technical terminology:
Business.
