An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their Child Health Administrative team. This role involves providing essential administrative support for children's screening and immunisation programmes across Tayside. Due to staff retirement, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Child Health Administrative team. The post holder will provide comprehensive admin support in relation to screening and immunisation programmes for children across Tayside. This will include dealing with telephone enquiries, data input into the national system, handling and filing of records, preparing and collating consent forms, and travelling to schools across Tayside to support the Immunisation Team. The scope and range of duties are detailed within the job description.
The successful applicant will have a pleasant and helpful manner with good communication skills and work well as part of a team. Previous experience of national child health systems, electronic patient records, attention to detail, good typing skills, and knowledge of IT packages is essential.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment. Hours of work are: 37hrs per week.
