Invogue, a multi-award-winning company in the cosmetics industry, is seeking an Office Administrator to join its team. Invogue is a leader in the beauty space, owning six brands and selling over 400 products worldwide. The Company has established retail partnerships with top retailers such as Sephora, Boots and Lookfantastic. At Invogue, the customer is at the center of every decision made; the successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring that the company remains committed to this ethos. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a central role in our office and administration processes and provide excellent support to the wider team.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide excellent administrative support to the senior team
  2. Be central to the businesses operations and update departments with business activities
  3. Optimise communication between departments
  4. Maintain accurate filing and management of paper documents
  5. Manage phone calls and mail correspondence
  6. Manage office logistics

Requirements

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  2. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  3. Proficient in MS Office and other office management software
  4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  5. Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable
  6. Detail-oriented and thorough with a proactive approach
