Location: Explore Manufacturing, Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Type: Full-time, 5 days in person

Explore Manufacturing is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Administration Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, compliant, and collaborative.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Administration Manager / Executive Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly while providing high-level support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration Management

  • Lead the day-to-day running of our admin function, streamlining systems and enhancing productivity.
  • Implement efficient procedures and ensure we're fully compliant with regulations.
  • Manage and support the admin team, offering guidance, training, and regular performance reviews.
  • Help organise and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring everything runs without a hitch.
Communication & Coordination
  • Be the go-to link between departments, keeping collaboration smooth and effective.
  • Organise diaries, visits, meetings, and events, managing all the logistics behind the scenes.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for our senior leadership team.
Other Responsibilities
  • Keep key actions and projects on track, coordinating across departments for successful delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Uphold and implement ISO27001-aligned data protection protocols to protect sensitive information.
What We're Looking For
  • A self-starter with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a similar admin management or executive support role.
  • Confident in leading people and implementing systems and processes.
  • A calm head under pressure, with great attention to detail.
