The Dorset MSK administration team is currently looking to recruit a receptionist administrator to work 24 hours per week. The role includes dealing with a range of telephone queries, covering reception, arranging appointments on SystmOne, managing patient correspondence, data inputting, and problem-solving. You will need to be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering a customer-focused service. This is a very busy department and you will be required to effectively manage multiple and diverse work streams.
The role will also require travelling to the Prince of Wales Surgery (Frederick Treves House) as and when required to cover reception.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
