Our client, a reputable academy based in Littleport, Cambridge, is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of the school’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the school office and senior leadership team.
  2. Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Handle incoming enquiries via email and in person, ensuring excellent customer service.
  4. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting school events.
