About The Role

Keighley College is looking for an Administration Assistant to join the administration team!

We are a friendly, enthusiastic team with a passion for working with a diverse group of people to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our students, visitors, and stakeholders.

We take pride in guiding our students on their journey to achieve their aspirations.

What You Will Do

  1. Provide all aspects of administration support to the College.
  2. Assist in data entry for enrolments and admissions.
  3. Maintain student records and produce letters as necessary.
  4. Deal with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Provide excellent customer service at all times.

About You

  1. Be able to communicate well at all levels.
  2. Have good attention to detail.
  3. Work flexibly in line with business needs.
  4. Be willing to learn and develop new skills.
  5. Experience of working in a customer-focused role/environment.
