Wise May are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our client, a fast-growing legal company based in the City. This is a great opportunity to join a family-oriented team and start your Administration career.

The company is in a period of growth; this is a new role with fantastic development and progression opportunities within Legal Administration.

Onsite (hybrid after probation) 09:00-17:30

Administration Assistant duties include:

  • New file and matter-opening and occasional file management within the firm’s Practice Management System
  • Telephone management
  • Document production filing/archiving. Ownership and understanding of the house style
  • Ad hoc photocopying and scanning
  • Email management where necessary and supporting the wider secretarial team on occasion
  • Dealing with post and post-trays for the Real Estate Finance team
  • Assisting with post-completion tasks and supporting the post-completion team where needed
  • Ad hoc in-office support

Administration Assistant Skills:

  • Previous experience working within an administrative role
  • Previous experience working in a law firm preferable, but not required
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Good attention to detail. Accurate and thorough
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong and consistent administrative and organisational skills
