As part of a collaborative venture between The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and Mid Cheshire NHS Foundation Trust to develop clinic haematology services, The Christie is pleased to be able to offer two fixed term positions for the role of Administration Assistant to work within the service at Leighton Hospital.
Based at the Leighton Hospital site, your role will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to the secretarial team. You will work alongside a team of administrative staff, Haematology Consultants, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Nurse Specialists.
We are looking for two Administration Assistants to join the team who are educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
You will have experience of working in an office environment and previous administration experience within the NHS would be advantageous but not essential. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritise your workload and have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
