The role: Administration Assistant


Location: Cumbernauld
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent


Hours: 8.00-17.00 (13.00 on a Friday)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As an Administration Assistant, your role will be both varied and rewarding! Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:


  • Answering incoming calls with a friendly demeanour.
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors.
  • Processing sales orders efficiently.
  • Scheduling engineers and booking their travel.
  • Assisting with Purchase Invoice processing (don't worry, training will be provided!).
