Job description

AM2PM Walsall are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to work for our esteemed client in the Aldridge area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established UK based online company who sells a selection of home accessories.

The role involves working within the online retail department.

Shift: Monday to Friday / 9am till 5pm

Rate: Depends on experience

Temp to perm position

Key Responsibility:

  • Assist the marketing team with data entry and adding products onto the website via Shopify
  • Creating spreadsheets and managing documents
  • Inputting product data onto internal system
  • Maintaining data in Shopify
  • Assisting with social media posts and customer mailers

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sage 200 experience desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Shopify experience desirable – however training can be provided
  • Previous administrative experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Work well within a team
