Job description

Part time - 2 days a week

Salary - £30,000 per annum (£12,000 pro rata on 0.4 FTE). Will also consider freelance engagement

Location - work from home/ shared hot desk in Bristol

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and organised Admin and Data Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking everyday administrative tasks and the collection, organisation and reporting of data related to the training programmes offered by the organisation. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security as well as the smooth running of the company and its delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the directors with claims to funders including compiling reporting evidence and using the Individual Learner Record service
  2. Support the directors with internal reports, quality/ compliance checks
  3. Support the directors with data for funding applications
  4. Run recruitment systems for learners and staff
  5. Support the directors with HR systems
  6. Work with employers to manage data compliance through our Learner Management System
  7. Book rooms for teaching and meetings
  8. Respond to website enquiries
  9. Run appointment schedules for in-training learner meetings and employer meetings
  10. Manage contact lists of clients and learners in line with GDPR requirements
Requirements
Essential
  1. Ability to manage own workload
  2. Strong working knowledge of Google Drive inc sheets/ Excel, calendar and meets
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
  4. Experience of working with budgets/ financial accounts
Desirable
  1. Experience of working with Learner Management Software
  2. Experience of Ofsted inspection management
  3. Understanding of relevant policies/ legislation inc. GDPR
