As an Admin Team Leader, you will lead and manage our fantastic team working in our logistics division. The site is easily accessible from Coventry, Solihull, Stratford Upon Avon, Alcester, Redditch, Alvechurch, Bromsgrove, Halesowen, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Stafford, Atherstone, Nuneaton and the surrounding areas.

Reporting into the Logistics Services Manager, the successful Admin Team Leader will be working closely with the business; partnering the Logistics Optimisation and Transport Teams. You will also be responsible for the administration processes for circa 1500 contracted hauliers.
On a day-to-day basis, duties and responsibilities of the Admin Team Leader will include (not exhaustive):
The ideal Admin Team Leader will be someone who has experience of leading a team and people managing, has strong organisational and time management skills, and can show strong customer service skills.
Furthermore, if you have a good understanding and appreciation of continuous improvement and have an understanding of software such as Smartsheet and Docusign, this too would be beneficial in your application.
