Our Client, an international company with offices in the City of London, is looking to recruit an Admin Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional secretarial support and personal assistance to the Chief Representative of the Company.
Provide administrative support to the Expatriate Human Resources & General Affairs Department on Entertainment and Security Management tasks.
Arrange meetings and manage the diary for senior management (SM).
Organise business and personal trips for SM both within and outside the UK.
Meet and greet high-profile customers and guests of SM.
Manage budgets and accounts (including bookkeeping) and process and record all expenses for SM.
Organise lunches, dinners, parties, and receptions.
Responsible for booking golf club memberships, maintaining records, and managing bookings, fees, and expenses.
Handle customer and client hospitality, including booking hotels, arranging transportation, buying gifts, and booking golf courses.
Manage all relevant activities (including Ringi preparation for the membership) needed for Nippon Club, Japanese school, JCCI, Sanyuu-Kai, Japan Society, and other Japanese social activities related to the Company in the UK.
Advise on, assist in choosing, and book restaurants and other venues for functions.
Act as an intermediary between staff, customers, and SM.
Support EUAJA (HR department) on Entertainment (ROH, Arsenal, RAC, etc.) and security management tasks.
Manage car lease and chauffeur company arrangements.
Provide support to the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) as needed.
Skills:

High levels of literacy and numeracy.
Good communication skills in English.
A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with effective email communication skills.

The Client is based in St Pauls, London.
This is a 3 days in the office position.
The salary for this role is circa £40K plus overtime.
