Admin Manager

Explore Manufacturing is looking for an experienced and proactive Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, developing efficient systems, and providing high-level administrative support to our leadership team. Explore Manufacturing is located in Worksop and is Europe's largest and most advanced precast facility.

The Opportunity:

As an Administration Manager, you will oversee daily office functions and ensure administrative tasks are executed efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve business line goals.
• Organise and schedule meetings, visits, and other events, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
• Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required by senior leaders.
• Develop and implement procedures and systems to enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate and manage administrative staff, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support the leadership team in the organisation, preparation, and facilitation of meetings.
