ROLE SPECIFICATION – Admin & E-Commerce Administrator

We are a dynamic and growing company in the beauty industry, dedicated to making stand out beauty products that do what they promise. We are looking for someone special to join our small but perfectly formed team. You will be all about the detail, super organised with lots of passion and enthusiasm to join our team as an Admin & E-Commerce Administrator at our office in Farndon, Chester.

Role Purpose:

To support the CODE Beautiful team with administrative tasks, e-commerce order processing, Amazon platform management, and purchasing responsibilities. This role is super important, vital to our top-notch customer experience and the smooth operations we are known for. Making sure the right order lands on our customers doorstep and ensuring our stock management is always spot on.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process e-commerce, retail and Amazon orders accurately and on time.
  2. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely purchasing to avoid out of stock on any product or packaging materials.
  3. Create and manage secondary product packages for promotional bundles or exclusive offers, making up complete products and e-com boxes.
  4. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry, tracking shipments, and maintaining supplier records inventory balancing.
  5. Liaise with suppliers to place orders, confirm lead times, and resolve purchasing issues.
  6. Support team and operations director, ensuring smooth communication between logistics, marketing, and warehouse functions.
  7. Welcome and interact with customers coming into the showroom for consultations or to collect orders.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  2. Previous experience in e-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms) is a plus but not essential; attitude and motivation to succeed is more important.
  3. Confident with purchasing and supplier management.
  4. Welcoming, engaging and warm to customers in our showroom.
  5. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Location and Hours:

Location: Office-based in Farndon / Cheshire

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
