Temporary Admin & Data Analyst - Education Provider - Saltley

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Temporary Admin & Data Analyst to join a fantastic education provider in Saltley. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving learning environment.

Candidates must have an enhanced DBS certificate, on the update service and experience using SIMS.

About the Role:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment until Summer 2025
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Location: Saltley
• Pay: Up to 16.50 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
• Data entry, manipulation, and analysis using SIMS (essential).
• Generating reports and identifying trends.
• Supporting HR functions using HRIS (desirable).
• Maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Responding to queries and providing excellent customer service.
• Other ad-hoc administrative and data-related tasks as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an administrator and data analyst.
• Essential: Strong working knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System).
• Desirable: Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
