Job Summary
We have an exciting 12 month fixed term vacancy to cover maternity leave for an Admin Coordinator to join our team in our Extended Primary Integrated Care Services (EPiC).
Full time or part time hours considered.
Admin coordinators will work across our clinical sites providing administration support to our clinical teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our services.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys working in fast paced and varied environment.
Main duties of the job
Main duties will include monitoring stock levels, supporting clinicians with data inputting, monitoring of the service email inbox, taking telephone calls, monitoring clinical systems and supporting the service managers with any other task required.

The Extended Primary Integrated Care (EPiC) team is ran by Salford Primary Care Together to bring together primary and urgent care services through a central hub so that patients can be directed to the most appropriate level of care they require.

Job Description
Job responsibilities
Admin coordinators within EPIC are responsible for the successful co-ordination and oversight of the service administration within Salford Primary Care Together's (SPCT) Extended Primary Care portfolio of services. The services provided include: GP Out of Hours, Locality Clinical Assessment Service (LCAS), ED Streaming and additional services.
The post holder is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the administrative systems that are pivotal to the daily running of these services. Tasks could include monitoring stock levels, supporting clinicians with data inputting, monitoring of the service email inbox, responding to and collaborating to support requests, telephone calls to colleagues & patients and monitoring clinical systems to escalate issues where appropriate.
The role within EPIC provides support for planned and urgent care services as well as Primary Care Network Support. The team work together to ensure that tasks are carried out to the required deadlines; to support patient care and population health across neighbourhoods in Salford. The team has to respond to changing circumstances and a positive and flexible approach is required including changing locations the post holder may need to work from at short notice. The post holder organises their work and manages their time autonomously and effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timescales. EPIC24 works under the direction of the Primary Care Networks and in delivering Salford CCG Urgent Care contracts.
