Job description

Administration assistant with knowledge of web and graphic design required to assist a private tour operator in the travel industry based in the Wimbledon and South West London area.

Flexible hours offered for regular assignments 5 days a week involving general administrative work, emails and telephone calls, as well as aspects of both web and graphic design.

Role would suit a bright and enthusiastic recent graduate with an interest in the UK's history and heritage. Some remote work from home also offered. Candidates must have excellent organisational skills, be a good multi-tasker, a good team player and have excellent spoken and written English.

Applicants should be:

  • Professional, reliable and well organised with high level of English language
  • Good administrative skills to help correspond to customer bookings and queries via email and telephone
  • Experience with front end web design and graphic design to produce high quality images for web and print, as well as writing blogs and articles.
  • Must have existing references and be legally allowed to work in the UK with an up to date DBS check
  • Be based near Wimbledon or South West London. Possibility to also include accommodation in central Wimbledon as part of generous package for the right person.
