About The Role

As the Pre-construction Administrator, you will report directly to the Proposals Team Manager and work alongside the Bid Coordinator. You will provide administrative expertise to support the day to day running of the pre-construction department and assist with the co-ordination and development of prospective bids/tenders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Updating Portals and Expired documents
  2. Maintaining and improving internal records and content
  3. Managing all input into our master tender tracker
  4. Processing and logging new enquiries
  5. Completion of Client Pre-Qualification questionnaires by using our bid library content and contacting subject matter experts within the company
  6. Compiling Team Attendance records and monitoring annual leave
  7. Scheduling meetings for the team, internal and external
  8. Managing the Estimating group inbox
  9. Diarising all team submissions
  10. Sitting in on meetings, compiling actions & distributing
  11. Managing NDA requests
  12. Filing and communicating addendum's and tender query registers
  13. Input into the annual department strategy

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. An elevated level of attention to detail

  6. Highly motivated, dynamic, dependable, and punctual
  7. Willingness to learn and be innovative
  8. Experience working within the Construction Industry is preferred but not essential
  9. Exposure to the bid and tender process is preferred but not essential
