Admin Assistant – Part-Time | £28k Pro Rata + Excellent Benefits

This role is based in Amersham and is office-based three days a week. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and compassionate help-desk support via phone and email to service users and partner organisations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as updating partner details, adding new organisations, and enabling user access.
- Monitor platform activity, flagging potential issues and liaising with the appropriate teams.
- Assist in financial administration, including collecting bank details.
- Support colleagues with additional operational and customer service tasks as required.
What Experience is Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.

Location: This role is based in Amersham and is easily commutable from High Wycombe, Chesham, Beaconsfield, Hemel Hempstead, and surrounding areas.
