Admin Assistant – Part-Time | £28k Pro Rata + Excellent Benefits

Are you an organised and empathetic administrator looking for a rewarding part-time role? We have an excellent opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join a well-established organisation. This role is based in Amersham and is office-based three days a week. With a salary of £28k pro rata and a fantastic benefits package, this is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation that has been making a meaningful impact for over 25 years.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and compassionate help-desk support via phone and email to service users and partner organisations.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as updating partner details, adding new organisations, and enabling user access.
  • Monitor platform activity, flagging potential issues and liaising with the appropriate teams.
  • Assist in financial administration, including collecting bank details.
  • Support colleagues with additional operational and customer service tasks as required.

What Experience is Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £28,000 pro rata depending on experience.

Location: This role is based in Amersham and is easily commutable from High Wycombe, Chesham, Beaconsfield, Hemel Hempstead, and surrounding areas.
