Trainee Administration Assistant


Temporary to possible Permanent role


Immediate start required


Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire


Hours: Part Time 09.00 - 15.00 Mon-Fri


Office based Role


Pay: £13.00 per hour initially



Exciting opportunity for a Trainee Administrator who is looking for part time hours to join this Engineering company that supplies the Automotive/Motorsport and Formula One industries. You will assist within the Purchasing/Buying and Accounts departments.


This is an on-site office-based role. Computer literacy (MS Office) and a confident telephone manner are essential. Sage Package knowledge would be helpful but not essential.


You will be eager to learn with a 'can do' attitude and be confident to speak to people both face to face and over the telephone. Full on-the-job training will be provided.


You will be:

  1. Assisting the purchasing/buying team as necessary (e.g., getting quotes, processing orders, getting delivery dates, chasing late/outstanding orders).
  2. Inputting purchase invoices.
  3. Filing, archiving, and matching as required.
  4. Having regular communication with suppliers to chase outstanding orders.
  5. Assisting with stock checks.
