An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Achieve TRS working as a Lead Nurse across Bolton and Bury. The post offered is a full-time post with the role taking responsibility across two localities: Bolton and Bury.
The Post holder will be a qualified NMP with experience in the addictions field, knowledge of the recovery agenda, and excellent communication skills with service users, their families and significant others by using motivational approaches to inspire others to achieve their goals and assist in attaining and maintaining their recovery. The post holder will demonstrate experience in leading teams and managing change in a dynamic organisation.

To take the clinical lead nurse role within Achieve Bolton, Bury, Salford & Trafford with specific responsibility for non-medical prescribing, including clinical sessions, revalidation and the clinical supervision of others. The post holder will work alongside the Clinical Team Manager, Operational Manager and Locality Managers. They will take responsibility for identifying areas for clinical development within the team and lead responsibility for developing clinical practice for nurses and other team members when necessary. They will promote and develop the service and lead on aspects of service improvement where identified.
