Are you looking to develop your leadership and management skills within international business? Would you enjoy creating and delivering engaging events to young people from around the globe? If so, EF Education First invites you to join us as an Activities and Events Manager and be part of our mission to open the world through education.
Your Role
EF London, Kingston summer school is searching for an energetic and organised individual to join our summer 2025 team as Activities and Events Manager. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your managerial skills whilst gaining experience within an international organisation.
With EF, you'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic international working environment. With over 50 years of experience, we bring together teenagers from across the globe, turning the unfamiliar into the unforgettable, by giving them the summer experience of a lifetime.
After a summer of leading our activities and events program, you will have taken your management skills to the next level. Your communication skills will have been maximised by working with different cultures and backgrounds to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of every activity.
You will have used your initiative and creativity to enhance the student experience every step of the way, building upon the resources provided by EF to deliver a world-class product. You will have refined your natural leadership skills and have demonstrated the confidence to manage teams of individuals from all over the world.
This is a live in position where accommodation and full board is provided at no extra cost. Roles run from June/July - August 2025.
