Job Overview
Hays Specialist Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving organisation, which covers design, manufacture and installation. The company seeks a procurement professional to oversee their purchasing function and improve efficiencies.

Your New Role
You will be involved in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, ensuring best value for the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and selecting suppliers.
2. Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
3. Planning and forecasting requirements.
4. Managing budgets and expenses.
5. Continuing to utilise and evolve the in-house ERP system.

Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous buying or purchasing experience, excellent communication skills and strong technical skills with previous ERP/MRP usage. We are looking for someone who is proactive, results-driven and has a strong attention to detail.
