Job description
ProGroup Recruitment are looking for a Fire Door Carpenter for a project on the outskirts of Liverpool. Starting ASAP! You will be assisting our client on a commercial project with a total of 40 fire door installs to be completed, 3/4 refits and a few remedials.
- Assist with the install of a total of 40 fire doors and remedials
- Complete all work in line with manufacture's specification and in line with relevant compliance
- Document works on a step-by-step basis, ensuring evidence is taken accurately
- At least three years' experience working with fire doors
- A strong background in carpentry and joinery
- Excellent technical knowledge of fire door compliance
- NVQ or equivalent in carpentry
- Experience installing fire doors and frames
- Own van/transport to carry materials if required
- FIRAS or similar qualification/accreditation
- Paid CIS
- £200 per day based on 8 hours working
