Their membership includes customers, systems and solutions suppliers, tool vendors, integrators, academics, and consultants across multiple industries.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager with a sense of compliance, whose overall tasks will be account management of training companies and improvement of the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management for Accredited Training Course Providers by:
1. Maintaining customer satisfaction balancing obligations and services.
2. Leading regular meetings with the top 10-20 customers and regular communication with the others.
3. Excellent communication including clarity, use of language, and results from that communication.

1. Provision of customer support by:
1. Mastering the existing automation, suggesting and introducing new tools.
2. Mastering the requirements and providing prospects and customers information matching their needs.

1. Manage customers through the accreditation process by:
1. Operating accreditation services and product certification programs using defined sets of operational procedures.

1. Continuous improvement of the customer experience, leading in:
1. Ease of doing business.
2. Simplification of processes.
3. Improvement of communication means and content ensuring that customers understand the requirements and provide the required information.

Skills and Qualifications

• Highly skilled and experienced in international customer experience.
• Experience in the IT training market and service/activity coordination and planning.
• Experience in international teamwork and use of virtual communication skills.
• A team player curious and eager to learn.
• A contributor, confident enough to take all kinds of tasks when necessary.
• Comfortable using a large range of tools, software, and means and skilled to suggest new ones.
