About Our Client

Michael Page are working with a highly successful, industry leading business in their search for a new Accounts Receivable Team Leader. The business is going through a period of growth, and you would be joining the company at a really exciting time.

Job Description

Duties include:

  1. Monitoring ongoing processes: invoicing, crediting, cash allocation
  2. Unallocated cash KPI Reporting
  3. Overseeing Direct debit collections
  4. Complex account reconciliations
  5. Guidance and support to the transactional team
  6. Identify and implement process improvements
  7. Implement departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards
  8. Cover for AP when required
  9. Ensuring month-end deadlines are met
  10. Other ad-hoc duties requested by management

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role - Required
  • Strong leadership skills - Required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
  • Commitment to driving continuous improvements - Required
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
