Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Brand new opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join a growing business based in Trafford Park. This role will offer a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

Description

Duties include:

1. Monitoring ongoing processes: invoicing, crediting, cash allocation
2. Unallocated cash KPI Reporting
3. Overseeing Direct debit collections
4. Complex account reconciliations
5. Guidance and support to the transactional team
6. Identify and implement process improvements
7. Implement departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards
8. Cover for AP when required
9. Ensuring month-end deadlines are met
10. Other ad-hoc duties requested by management

Profile

The candidate will have:

1. Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role - Required
2. Strong leadership skills - Required
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
4. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
5. Commitment to driving continuous improvements - Required
6. High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
