Who You Are

To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient and timely billing and collection of accounts.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with estimators, shipping, and accounting departments
• Utilize Job Boss and Salesforce to perform duties and responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone or email
• Process credit cards and checks for deposits and/or final payments
• Apply cash receipts
• Invoice deposits
• Prepare bank deposits
• Reconcile bank accounts (credit card and online store accounts)
• Schedule shipments with customers
• Obtain and process final payments for non-term accounts
• Authorize in the system completed jobs for shipping
• Generate customer invoices and statements
• Follow up on Net 30 customers
• Process journal entries
• Generate weekly and monthly reports
• Process stock orders
• Perform other duties as required

What You Bring

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 2 years of account receivable experience
• Time Management skills
• Problem sensitivity and creative thinking
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
• Neat and organized
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to achieve the intended objective
• Ability to adapt to change

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
