Accounts Receivable Manager

Location: Leamington Spa, UK

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 pa

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to join a retail business based in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the accounts receivable team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Establish and enforce accounts receivable policies and procedures.
3. Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address overdue accounts.
4. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
5. Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status for senior management review.
6. Collaborate with other departments to enhance billing and collection processes.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
6. Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
