Job Description:SRM Recruitment is seeking an experiencedAccounts Receivable Managerfor a multi-national company based in Cardiff. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background inaccounts receivable,team leadership, andprocess improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of theaccounts receivable process, includinginvoicing,collections, andcash application.
• Manage theAR team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Hold the team accountable to performance targets on the average time required to collect payments from customers.
• Develop and implementAR policies and proceduresto optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt. Define procedures for managingcredit riskandcollections.
• Monitor and analyzeaging reportsto identify and address overdue payments proactively.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolvebilling disputesand customer queries effectively.
• Implement and maintain stronginternal controlswithin the AR function.
• Drivecontinuous improvement initiativesfor the AR team, optimizing operational processes and ensuring efficiency across various business units.
