Job Description
Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead:
Oversee all aspects of the billing process, including order management, invoicing, and collections
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accuracy of orders and invoices
Manage customer queries and disputes relating to invoicing and payment
Work towards continual improvement of the Order to Cash process
Prepare regular reports on account status
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Mentor and train junior team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in an accounts receivable role within the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of billing procedures and order management systems
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
The ability to work well in a team and guide junior staff
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
MUST HAVE FMCG OR RETAIL EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE EXCEL EXPERIENCE (WILL BE A TEST)
