Job Description

• Manage and develop the Accounts Payable team
• Oversee invoice processing and payment runs
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage queries
• Implement and improve processes within the Accounts Payable function
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency
• Provide regular reports to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Accounts Payable Team Leader' should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in managing an Accounts Payable team
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive process improvements
